Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

The policy below applies to minilightbulb.com purchases. If you purchased Duo Tint bulbs from one of our retail affiliates, please direct any returns to your retailer. Retailer return policies will vary per location.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for individual bulbs. For wholesalers, we provide credit for every bulb returned when you purchase a new box. Order a new box and we will provide shipping labels to send back your excess bulbs if you want to receive this credit.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges must be mailed within 30 days of purchase. If you need to exchange bulbs for the same item, send your item to: 1441 Milburn Ave., Dayton, OH 45410.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1441 Milburn Ave., Dayton, OH 45410.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
